Running Teams
- June 1 to October 31, 2007 - $850
- November 1 to February 29, 2008 - $950
- March 1 to May 1, 2008 - $1,050
* Please note that any participant who took part in the 2007 event and will be registering for the 2008 event as a Team Captain will receive $100 off their team registration until October 31, 2007.
Walking Teams

All Running Teams will compete the 305KM Shore To Shore Relay. Teams for all Running Categories may have from six (6) to twelve (12) members. There are 5 stages and 36 legs.

The walking event is 179 KM Long. There are 3 Stages and 22 Legs. Teams may have from six (6) to twelve (12) members.

The “Recreational Walkers” event is 59 kilometres in length and there is 1 Stage with 8 Legs. Teams may have from six (6) to eight (8) members. This distance will appeal to teams who want to be involved, spend time with their friends and have a great time.
No age or team make up restrictions for the Recreational Walkers.
Category Definitions
- Open is where the majority of the team is made up of men,
- Mixed is where the majority of the team is made up of women.
